This linocut is inspired by a magical ride at Copenhagen’s Tivoli Gardens, Den Flyvende Kuffert (The Flying Trunk). Visitors climb inside an enchanted suitcase and are taken on a wondrous tour of Hans Christian Andersen’s fairytale scenes, including (clockwise from the bottom):
